Additional End User Reports

For users of BPC RiskManager Enrima V6.2.5.6 and higher here are an extra couple of reports that may be of interest.

1. Top 20 Inherent Risks:
  Risk Register Top 20 (Num IR Sort) V3.rtm (Size: 102.06 KB / Downloads: 2)
2. Top 20 Residual Risks:
  Risk Register Top 20 (Num RR Sort) V3.rtm (Size: 103.66 KB / Downloads: 1)

They do basically what the name implies. You already have one for the Current risk. This does the same thing for the inherent and residual risks. We will have to add a couple of views to the database to do this for Audit and Reviewer assessments separately, so we will look at doing that in a future release if anyone wants it.

Download and store them on your hard drive, then open "End User Reports" in your BPC RiskManager V6 Enrima client and go to a folder where you want to store them.

In the right hand panel where the reports are listed, right click and choose new report.

When the report builder opens, from the file menu choose "Load From File", and then find the rtm file on your disk.

When the report has loaded save to the database ("Save As"), assign a name you like and then exit the Report Builder IDE.

Repeat for the other report (using a different name of course).

Run the reports as normal.

HINT: When you load the report from file, it is a good idea to select and copy (Ctrl-C) the part of the file name before the ".rtm". This can then be pasted (Ctrl-P) into the name box when you save it to the database. Saves you retyping the name - or dreaming up your own name.
