Remember these forums are publically viewable. Do NOT post your ACFE password to this forum.

If you are experiencing difficulty accessing: go to the ACFE Survey Manager front screen. It should say "ACFE Survey Manager" in the page banner. If it does not say that you are at the wrong application.

If you require your access password, Select your organisation TOID and enter your supplied username and then press "send me my password". You will receive by email your access details. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes probably means that the email we have regictered for you differs from the one you are using. If the email address should be corrected, either send support an email (the address is on the footer of the page) or call our Australian office. In either case provide your name, TOID, new email address, organisation name and telephone number. We will check your details and contact you and/or ACFE to confirm before changing the details and then send you your access information.

This forum is NOT the best place to request access information.

This forum is the appropriate place to discuss general issues of use, make suggestions / requests or seek clarification on information requirements. Depending on the issue we may choose to contact you directly rather than via the forum, if we consider the issue should be confidential to your organisation.
