Express compliance report display bug?

There seems to be a bug in the standard compliance register display in the current release.

In the report the description is one long sentence, ie. the column has no the paragraphs, and sometimes the report just seems to go to sleep and not wake up again while generating the report.

Do you have any idea what is causing this? I can give you screen shots if necessary.

You are correct. There is a bug that arose when we introduced the MS word reporting module and had to change the way RTF fields were reprocessed in preparation for printing. The new RTF routine was much faster than the old one, but unfortunately there seems to be some RTF scenarios it is not handling - hence your sleepy reports. Once the error condition occurs the paragraphing is messed up.

We found it after release, and have a fix on the Express download site. Use your issued client userid to login and retrieve the downoad and run the installer. Let us know if you have further problems.
